Cryo Facial

The user stands on adjustable platform inside the octagonal-shaped chamber during treatment which ensures their head remains outside the chamber. A technician fills the Impact Cryotherapy chamber with nitrogen vapor, Which drops the temperature of the Cryo chamber to a range of (minus) -100C to -150C and temporarily lowers the temperature of the skin's top layer.  The extreme cold send electrical impulses to the brain's central nervous system indicating the body must prepare to survive.  This activates the bodies defense mechanisms and begins to flow blood through the core of the body.

Vasoconstriction begins.  The brains central nervous system sends signals to the muscular and vascular system to constrict and contract this in turns transports the body's blood, nutrient and resources from the extremities to the core organs in the body.

Blood Detoxification and Enrichment begins.  Now that the body is has transported the blood to the core, the blood begins to be enriched with oxygen, collagen, erythrocytes and other beneficial nutrients during the hyper-production period.  During this time toxins are broken down and removed.

Vasodilation begins after you have exited the chamber.  During this time your body is transporting the new nutrient dense blood into your skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and soft tissue.

Oxygen Bar

The NormaTec uses compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery with our patented NormaTec Pulse Massage Pattern. When you use our systems, you will first experience a pre-inflate cycle, during which the connected attachments are molded to your exact body shape. The session will then begin by compressing your feet, hands, or upper quad (depending on which attachment you are using). Similar to the kneading and stroking done during a massage, each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner and then release. This will repeat for each segment of the attachment as the compression pattern works its way up your limb.

Applying Local Cryotherapy to the face and neck stimulates circulation, which promotes better oxygenation of the skin cells. Moreover, the process reduces pore size, puffiness, redness and inflammation in your face while stimulating collagen production, thereby assisting in the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. The anti-inflammatory properties of cryotherapy contribute to the decrease of symptoms of chronic skin conditions, such as psoriasis, rosacea and eczema. The treatment takes about 12 minutes. Because the treatment uses cold, dry air and there is no physical contact with the skin, hair and make-up is not affected.

NormaTec Compression Therapy

In a 5-7 minute session of Local Cryotherapy, a stream of nitrogen vapor is directed onto the affected body part creating a powerful icing response.

The blood vessels constrict, immediately reducing pain and inflammation, as well as swelling in the affected area, all leading to a shorter recovery time. A Local Cryotherapy session has benefits that exceed hours of traditional icing. Almost any part of the body can be treated. Some of the most common areas include the neck, lower back, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle and heel for plantar fasciitis. Local Cryotherapy can also be used to reduce the appearance of scars.

Local Cryotherapy is frequently paired with Whole Body Cryotherapy.
